Independence is a Planned Unit Development (PUD). A future entrance to the 429 expressway is planned in the community. The entrance ramp is already there, but does not yet connect to Independence. Some of the ammenities that are already here include 14' walking/biking paths, 2 community pools, 2 play areas, tennis & basketball courts, a clubhouse with fitness room, a dog park, sidewalks & streetlights as well as other ammenities. |
